Description
Placali is an Ivorian dish made from cassava flour, often served with various sauces.
 Preparation
1. Put the cassava flour in a bowl and add water. Mix by hand until you get a smooth, liquid consistency, then set aside.
2. Heat a pan over medium heat and pour the mixture into the pan, filtering it through a sieve. Stir the mixture with a wooden spoon to speed up the process.
3. Once all the mixture is in the pan, continue stirring with the wooden spoon until you reach the desired consistency. You can lower the heat if necessary.
4. Once the mixture is compact, your placali is ready.
